Where you need to be and when!

• Monday, November 6th

  • 3pm: check-in opens at Hotel Peter & Paul

  • 6pm: Shuttle bus departs for Vyoone’s from front of Hotel Peter & Paul

  • 6:30 - 9pm Dinner at Vyoone’s

• Tuesday, November 7th

  • 9am -2pm: FFDW/Historypin Research meeting, just a block and a half away at The Old Firehouse

  • 6pm-9pm: ASF@5 begins with celebration and dinner at The Old Firehouse

• Wednesday Nov 8th

  • 8:30am: meet out front of Hotel Peter & Paul for shuttle

  • 9am-4pm: ASF@5 continues at Ashé Cultural Arts Center, transportation provided from and to hotel

  • 6:30pm-11pm: dinner/events at The Blue Nile (meet out front of hotel at 6:15pm to walk over)

• Thursday Nov 9th

  • 8:30am: meet out front of Hotel Peter & Paul for shuttle

  • 9am-2pm: Last Day of ASF@5 Meeting at Ashé Cultural Arts Center. Transportation provided from hotel, and boxed lunches will be provided.
