Covid Protocols
Unfortunately, COVID is still with us and we want to make sure we are able to take care of each other while traveling and meeting in largely indoor spaces. In order to do so, this is what we ask:
We will be sending a covid test kit, please test the night before you fly, and if positive, let Jon Voss know (call or text him at 415-846-7218) and do not travel.
We have extra masks and covid tests on site, please text Jon Kardon at 504-723-8869 to get one, or we will have at all events.
When flying and car-pooling please wear masks
While the meeting rooms we have will be quite spacious, we will be indoors and in close proximity, so we ask that everyone wears masks whenever practical while in the indoor meeting areas. It will not always be practical, as we’ll be serving meals indoors as well, but let’s do our best. There will also be plenty of time for meeting up outdoors as well.
We will have tests and masks available onsite, and if you are experiencing any symptoms, please let Jon know as soon as possible.

If you have any questions or requests about meeting logistics, please don’t hesitate to contact Jon Voss on the Shift Collective team! Text or call him at 415-846-7218.
